Return window
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange — the exact number is configurable from Admin → Settings → General (key return_window_days). After that window the option is no longer available on the order page.
What can be returned
- Most items can be returned for a refund as long as they're unused, in original packaging, and have all tags attached.
- Items flagged "No return — only exchange" on the product page can be exchanged for a different size or colour but not refunded.
- For hygiene reasons, innerwear, swimwear, beauty products, and personalised items are not returnable.
How to start a return
- Open the delivered order from your My Orders page.
- Tap Return / Exchange on the line item.
- Pick a reason. Attach a photo if it's damaged, wrong, or missing parts.
- Choose your refund method (original payment or wallet) for returns, or pick the new variant for exchanges.
- Confirm the pickup address. We'll schedule a free courier pickup.
Refund timeline
- Original payment refunds reach your card / UPI in 5–7 working days after pickup is verified.
- Wallet refunds are instant — credited the moment we verify the return, and usable on your next order.
Why a return might be rejected
- The window had closed by the time you raised it.
- The product is marked non-returnable (refund-only block — exchange may still be allowed).
- The photos didn't support the stated reason, or the item shows signs of use.
If your request was rejected and you think it shouldn't have been, raise a support ticket from the Help & support link in the footer.
